Anu Gupta,
Esquire practices immigration and internet/cyberlaw
in the United States. With offices in New York, Chicago and
California, and with consultative chambers in New Delhi, Manila
and Moscow, her legal practice extends to help individuals
and corporations world-wide.
Prior to starting
her own practice, Ms. Gupta practiced immigration law and
litigated international business cases in New York and Chicago.
She attended DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, for both
her undergraduate and her law degrees. She obtained her bacculaureate
degree, graduating summa cum laude, as a Dean's Scholar, on
the Merit List and with highest honors. She also has a bacculaureate
degree with honors from University of Delhi where she won
the award of being the Best Student of the Year (award presented
by the President of India, Late Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma).
Ms. Gupta is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers
Association. She is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association,
Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Associations.
She donates part of her time to provide legal aid indigent
clients. Currently Ms. Gupta is in the process of authoring
a book on immigration laws in the United States.
